Congratulations!

We are glad that the Mercer family is expanding! We hope this will be a special time for you.

Below you will find some important information.

Formalities

Inform your manager and the HRS team that you have given birth.

You will receive a maternity leave request and other necessary documents from HRS on your private e-mail address. After completing the documents, send the scans to Poland.Admin@mmc.com, and the originals to the HRS team by post (MMC Group Services Sp. z o.o., Prosta 68, 00-838 Warsaw, with the note "HRS").

As your maternity leave is nearing the end, contact your manager about your return to work date so that you can plan for a smooth induction together. Remember to also confirm whether you plan to use the annual leave immediately after parental leave and to what extent. Your manager will inform HRS about your return date.

On maternity and parental leave, the maternity allowance amounts to 100% of the salary for the first 20 weeks, and 70% thereafter. However, if you immediately declare that you will stay with the baby for the whole year after giving birth, you will receive 81,5% of the allowance for the entire duration of the maternity and parental leave.

If you need more information, please contact the HRS team.

Additional information

If you would like to add your child to your health insurance, you need to complete the "Declaration of a family member's application for health insurance" and, if possible, send the scanned document to Poland.Admin@mmc.com, and the original to the HRS team by mail (MMC Group Services Sp. z o.o., Prosta 68, 00-838 Warsaw, with the annotation "HRS").
