This handbook serves as both an introduction and a comprehensive overview of board fee practices in the region. Board fees typically vary based on the size of the organization and the time commitment required for the role. Our analysis draws on data from the following Nordic indices:
- OBX
- OMXC25
- OMXH25
- OMXS30
This handbook includes the 2025 fee data; where 2025 figures are not yet available, we have utilized the most recent data from 2024. The data has been collected from annual general meeting accounts published up until May 15, 2025. All figures are rounded to the nearest thousand and presented in Euros, with currency conversion rates detailed in the appendix.
