In line with last year, we will host two events with separate focus areas: One on trends in Talent & Rewards (in-person) and one on practicalities working with the submission process (virtual).

Talent & Rewards Trends: In-person

As we gear up for the 2025 Total Remuneration Survey, we invite you to join us for a session where we look into the latest tends & developments in the world of Rewards and HR with insights from the latest Nordic Talent Trends data report. Also, we will be hosting breakout-sessions on Pay Equity & Pay Transparency. Please indicate your organizations level of progression when registering.

We will start the session with a light breakfast at 08:30.

Survey Submission Launch: Virtual

We look at enhancements in job matching and practical guidance on submitting IPE’s and other tips and tricks to ensure you have a smooth submission process. The section is relevant for all involved in the TRS / MERG / MLS process.

We will run a demo of our Mercer Data Connector entry interface, for those of you who are new to the tool or in need of a refresher. This section is optional.
