With the last year’s success of the roundtable, we will host a new Oil and Gas Roundtable in Stavanger. Please join us for this event where we will look at the themes and trends we are seeing for the people agenda for the Norway oil & gas sector.

The session will be in-person in Stavanger, giving you the opportunity to network and discuss directly with peers. The agenda will include highlights from Mercer’s Energy Survey, Global Talent Trends for Energy and the latest data and insight from our recent 2023 snapshot poll.

1. Welcome and introductions: Participants will share what is top of mind and what their key priorities are for the year ahead.
2. Key insights for the Energy industry: Mercer will highlight and discuss global and regional trends for the oil & gas industry.
3. Norwegian oil & gas market insights: Mercer will present trends and analysis from our 2023 Norway Energy Survey. We will also look at insights from early 2024.
4. Roundtable discussion: Participants will be invited to discuss hot topics and follow up with any questions from the materials presented.

Ahead of the meeting we are pleased to invite you to participate in a pulse survey looking at the impact of Norwegian inflation on pay and reward. We will present the results at the roundtable.
