Overview

As we enter 2024 our clients in HR and compensation are considering their priorities for the year ahead. It’s never been more important for employers to understand what their employees need and want from their workplace around compensation, working patterns and health & benefit provision.

Ensuring you have the right benefits, services and interventions in place will lead to greater engagement, productivity and retention.

Join us to hear from our expert speakers discussing the key themes for the Energy industry in 2024 including our global talent trends survey results to ensure you remain competitive in the market.

With rising healthcare costs affecting almost every business, it has never been more important to focus on prevention and early intervention in order to find sustainable ways to combat not only rising costs but evolving employee expectations. There is a correlation between accidents at work and peoples’ state of mind.

Suffering from poor mental health while working can have catastrophic consequences, especially given this sector is high-hazard. In recent research conducted by IADC one in six workers experience a mental health issue a week. Employers therefore need to consider that the health and resilience of your people mirrors the health and resilience of your business.
