Business Responsibility is fundamental to our identity, for our clients and the communities we impact. We have formally integrated Business Responsibility factors into our decision-making processes since 2008 and believe that transparent and consistent disclosure enables better-informed business and investment decisions.

Mercer’s third TCFD entity report details how Marsh McLennan’s Business Responsibility philosophy and initiatives are integrated into Mercer’s governance structure, risk management framework and business operations in the UK. It also provides information specific to our investment business.
