Health on Demand looks at health and wellbeing through the eyes of employees, exploring how health benefits are valued, attitudes towards wellbeing, and overall feelings about health and security.

Health on Demand has enabled employers to optimise the value of their investments in health and well-being programmes for the past five years.
The 2025 edition marks the third release of the report, offering insights from over 18,000 adult employees globally, including 1,000 respondents from the UK.
Here in the UK, the findings reveal:
  1. Affordability remains a central concern
    with 48% of caregivers worried about meeting their monthly bills.
  2. Access to essential health services is a major hurdle
    with 70% of full-time employees lacking medical coverage.
  3. Concerning satisfaction and wellness levels
    with 44% of employees not thriving at work.

The Health on Demand research captures the views of 18,384 employees, 18 years old and older, across 17 markets, on their health and well-being priorities, concerns and values.  

Global weighting: All markets were sampled using demographic data on age, gender and location so that results would represent the local workforce. Approximately 1,000 working adults were surveyed in all markets except the US, which had more than 2,000 respondents.
