Health on Demand looks at health and wellbeing through the eyes of employees, exploring how health benefits are valued, attitudes towards wellbeing, and overall feelings about health and security.
Health on Demand has enabled employers to optimise the value of their investments in health and well-being programmes for the past five years.
The 2025 edition marks the third release of the report, offering insights from over 18,000 adult employees globally, including 1,000 respondents from the UK.
Here in the UK, the findings reveal:

Affordability remains a central concernwith 48% of caregivers worried about meeting their monthly bills.

Access to essential health services is a major hurdlewith 70% of full-time employees lacking medical coverage.
