Interview: Leading the skills-powered enterprise 

In a recent interview, Ravin Jesuthasan, one of our senior partners and the Global Leader for Work, Skills and Transformation Services at Mercer, discussed how leading companies are enhancing their agility, flexibility and readiness for AI. A crucial strategy involves taking a “work backward” approach rather than a “tech forward” one. This approach helps organisations sustainably deploy AI to transform work and deliver on its long-promised productivity gains. It also has the benefit of shining a spotlight on the shifting demand for skills, identifying those being rendered obsolete, just emerging or growing in demand.
