For your convenience, Mercer has reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo at a rate of JPY 53,330 which includes tax and Wi-Fi. This rate is available until August 28, 2023. Reservations made after this date will be based on hotel availability and at the prevailing rate. Hotel accommodation can be booked here.

Hotel room cancellations must be received by Friday, August 11, 2023. Failure to cancel prior to August 11 will result in being charged for the duration of your stay.

Invited asset owners do not have to pay registration fee.

The asset manager registration fee for this event is $12,000 (USD) for one attendee. Registration includes attendance at the asset manager briefing, attendance at the networking opportunities, main presentations and breakout sessions, up to five 30 minute one-to-one sessions, opportunities to make new professional connections with hundreds of other attendees and all session materials after the event.
