The Menopause Inclusion Readiness Assessment is a free checklist that helps employers quickly assess how well their workplace supports employees experiencing menopause, perimenopause and post-menopause.
In just a few minutes, you’ll get a practical view of your current position, where the gaps are and what to do next. Use the assessment to:
- Pinpoint where your current approach is working.
- Uncover missing policies, support and practices.
- Compare your position with expected and emerging standards.
- Prioritise actions for a stronger menopause action plan
Whether you’re just starting your menopause journey or looking to enhance your existing practices, this checklist is for you!
How it works
Your assessment reviews six key areas that shape the employee experience, helping you see where support is in place and where there may be gaps.
You will be assessed across six buckets including:
-
Manager training
-
Occupational health
-
Support groups
-
Workplace adjustments
-
Risk assessments
-
Policies and procedures
Why complete the Menopause Inclusion Readiness Assessment?
The UK Employment Rights Act is set to require employers with 250 or more employees to publish an annual Equality Action Plan, including at least one action to support employees experiencing menopause, including peri- and post-menopause. This requirement is expected to take effect from Spring 20271, subject to further regulations.
The Menopause Inclusion Readiness Assessment helps you get ahead of that change. In just a few minutes, you can see where your organisation stands today, identify gaps and take practical steps to strengthen support, inclusion and readiness.
