Starting in 2016, KSB partnered with Kincentric (now part of Mercer) to measure and improve employee experience and engagement, which was initially low. Under new management the company focused on authentic leadership and communication and investing in a new culture as well as physical work environment.

These efforts led to significant improvements in employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall employee experience, evidenced by a 32-point rise in engagement score and substantial growth in perception of all key areas like communication, leadership, collaboration, innovation and people development.

Alongside improvements in employee experience, KSB has enjoyed substantial growth and business success over the period of this project, evidencing the close connection between the two aspects.

The comprehensive case study illustrates the fruitful cooperation of Mercer and KSB. It highlights in detail KSB’s dedication to continuous improvement and fostering a healthy, supportive workplace culture, positioning KSB as a leading employer cultivating a culture of pride and satisfaction among employees.
