IRS Webinar on ACA Reporting 

The IRS is hosting an employer webinar on Aug. 14 to discuss the Section 6056 employer shared responsibility reporting requirements under the ACA. The IRS will address:

• Internal Revenue Code Section 6056
• Who is required to report
• What elements are required to be reported
• When applicable large employer must report
• How do government entities designate reporting
