Jen Faifer is an employee benefits attorney in Mercer's Chicago office. Her past experience includes time as an Investigator with the Employee Benefits Security Administration (US Department of Labor), as well as with other consulting firms in the industry. Jen joined Mercer in 2012 as a member of the Regulatory Resources Group (RRG), a nationwide group of Mercer Health & Benefits regulatory compliance practice attorneys and legal professionals. Jen leads the team of six attorneys located in Chicago.
