Eva is a Principal with Mercer’s Health & Benefits business in Washington, DC. She specializes in emerging benefits and ways to encourage groups to become involved and informed on healthcare cost and quality. She has a broad range of experience including healthcare strategy and design, financial management, measurement initiatives and advanced employee health management and support tools.  Eva works with a variety of organizations to help them achieve financial and people objectives through innovative design solutions. She was an early advocate of digital health technology, helping a number of groups implement and integrate the solutions into their overall benefits program.
