Workplaces of all kinds and in all locales have experienced dramatic declines in employee engagement, equally dramatic increases in burnout and stress, and growing concerns over short- and long-term financial viability on an organizational and individual level.

What changes the game? Committing to an intentional workforce. An intentional workforce is the sum of a series of conscious choices – the result of continuous strategic workforce planning focused on retaining the talent you have, as well as proactive steps to build your workforce for the future.
