Houston Methodist’s VP of Total Rewards and the Senior Director of Operations over the program will join us to discuss what compelled them to create their in-house program, which aims to help their members manage and improve their health, while also managing their spend.

GLP-1s have become popular over the past few years and many members believe they are the silver bullet for weight loss. However, GLP-1s do not come without cost — particularly for employer-sponsored health plans. Many plan sponsors have suddenly seen trend increases of 10-30+%, resulting in possible increases of millions of dollars per year.
