According to Mercer’s 2024 Absence and Disability Management Survey, about two-thirds of employers report that the top priority for their absence program is improving leave administration. The combination of expanded employer leave programs and the increase in state and local paid leave mandates has stretched current leave administration solutions to a breaking point.
