In 2020, communities stood together to say enough is enough. In response, organizations around the world have committed to advancing inclusion and diversity.

We now approach the one-year milestone since the movement for racial equality came to the forefront of the conversation. It is time to look at what was accomplished. Are companies turning their commitments into actions? What are the benefits of an inclusive work environment to the employee experience?

This year, in honor of Pride month, Rich Nuzum and Nzinga Shaw will be hosting a panel discussion with organizations in the US and Canada on leading an inclusive culture.
