Mercer Appoints Susan Potter US & Canada Region President
New York, January 22, 2024 — Mercer, a global leader in redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being, and a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), has named Susan Potter, Region President, US and Canada, Mercer, effective immediately. In this role, she is responsible for leading Mercer’s business, people, operations and technology in the US and Canada and reports to Pat Tomlinson, President, Mercer, and CEO, Marsh McLennan US and Canada.

Susan joined Mercer as the Chief Commercial Officer for US and Canada in September 2019, following a successful 25-year career as a business leader at Willis Towers Watson. She most recently served as Marsh McLennan’s US and Canada Chief Commercial Officer.
