Dave Frank named Mercer Philadelphia leader

Mercer, a global leader in redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being, announced today that Dave Frank has been named its Philadelphia Office leader and will also continue in his role as Marsh’s Philadelphia Office leader and U.S. Employee Benefits leader.

In this role, Mr. Frank will be responsible for driving growth for Mercer in the Greater Philadelphia region, strengthening Mercer’s trusted advisor status with its clients, and ensuring the appropriate resources, services, and solutions are identified and deployed to Marsh’s and Mercer's clients throughout the region.

Mr. Frank has more than 25 years of experience in the industry. He joined Marsh in 1996 and since then has assumed roles of increasing responsibility most recently as head of Marsh’s Philadelphia office since 2018 and leading Marsh’s employee benefits strategy as US Employee Benefits Leader.

Mr. Frank has deep roots in the Philadelphia region. He is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and earned his MBA at Saint Joseph’s University. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Board at Malvern Prep and is the Chair of the Board at the Academy of Notre Dame. In addition, Mr. Frank is on the Board of Governors for the Academy of Risk Management and Finance at St. Joseph's University. He resides in East Goshen with his wife and three children.
