Webinar Prescription drug data collection reporting: Key steps employers need to take by Dec 27
September 7, 2022 | 01:00 p.m. ET
Summary
The new prescription drug reporting mandate requires group health plans and insurers to report detailed data about healthcare spending and prescription drug pricing – including rebates. Although much of the required information resides with plan vendors, the 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act puts the responsibility on plan sponsors. The first reports are due by Dec. 27, 2022, and annually on June 1 thereafter. Join our webcast to learn about the reporting requirements and the key steps employers need to take to comply.
