Please Brag: Your Good Work to Support Workforce Health During COVID
Mercer is working with the American Benefits Council – a national trade association representing employer sponsors of health and retirement benefit plans – on a public relations project to promote good work employers have done to maintain and improve the health of their workforce during the pandemic. These stories will be used in a variety of ways – including print, multimedia and meetings with government officials – to demonstrate the value of employer actions throughout this health crisis and provide a counterpoint to contentions that the pandemic has revealed the employer-based health system to be a failure.
We encourage you to complete this Questionnaire on Employer Health Initiatives During the Pandemic. Ideally, we would like to identify by name companies that took action to support employees this past year – but the information you provide will not be identified unless we request and receive approval from you to do so. The questionnaire should take less than 15 minutes to complete. You may then receive a follow-up communication requesting additional details on your responses.
