Mercer Super also partners with renowned retail brands to deliver superannuation services direct to individuals.

Claire is a Senior Partner at Mercer with more than 30 years’ experience in superannuation administration and management, having led pension funds across the globe before relocating to Australia. She started out her working life in the UK taking calls at a pension fund and learned about superannuation from the ground up. Claire has held senior leadership roles across the globe with a demonstrable record in delivering transformational change.

Prior to the role of Mercer Super’s CEO, Claire was the Chief Operating Officer for the fund, and previously held the roles of COO Mercer Pacific & Superannuation Services Leader. Claire successfully led the integration of BT Super into the Mercer Super Trust and facilitated Mercer's acquisition of Advance Asset Management. In her previous roles, she was responsible for the superannuation and retirement benefits of more than 2 million Australians and leading Mercer’s transformation agenda in the Pacific.
