As the President of Mercer’s European region, I lead 2,000+ colleagues who provide wealth, health and career expertise to our clients. Europe is a key region for Mercer — demand for solutions is high, and our market proposition is strong. We have an extensive footprint throughout Europe, enabling us to bring vital local expertise and experience to support clients’ issues in specific markets. At the same time, our collaborative way of working across the region — and globally — ensures consistency and efficiency when working with multinational clients, solving issues across multiple markets. I am also responsible for our Latin America region in the execution of its growth strategy.

I joined Mercer in 2000 and have held several positions, including leadership of Mercer’s European Investment and Retirement businesses, CEO of Mercer’s Ireland business and Interim CEO of the Mercer UK business. Before joining Mercer, I was a Vice President at the Bank of New York Moellon. I have a bachelor’s and a master’s in business from Dublin City University.
