As Chief People Officer for Marsh McLennan Pacific, Skye Crawford leads the people & culture strategy as a member of the Mercer Pacific Executive Committee.  She is also a member of the Marsh and Marsh McLennan Executive Committees in the Pacific. 

Joining the organisation in October 2023, Skye brings significant experience in leading transformation in global, matrixed, and highly regulated industries and a passion to build sustainably profitable businesses where people want to work.

Her diverse background and experience as both a board director and advisor, further enhance her ability to drive a people agenda for Mercer that delivers value for both our colleagues and our clients. Prior to joining Marsh McLennan, Skye served as the Chief People and Culture Officer at AIA, Head of People and Culture at Australia Post, and a variety of senior roles in the resources industry including Rio Tinto and Incitec Pivot.

Skye holds a degree in Business, an Executive MBA and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
