Trevor leads Mercer’s technology strategy and roadmap, overseeing the design, development and implementation of technology solutions, and providing guidance to Mercer’s technology teams.

With more than 20 years’ financial services experience in senior technology roles, Trevor has a strong track record of driving transformations within large and complex corporations across a variety of business contexts, geographies and roles.

Trevor joined Mercer as the Head of Technology for the Pacific and AMEA regions in 2024. He comes to Mercer from Westpac, where he held technology leadership roles across the Business Banking, Wealth, Insurance and Superannuation business units, and within Enterprise Infrastructure Services. Prior to this, Trevor held a number of senior executive roles at Macquarie Group over a 20-year tenure, and at fintech organisations across the Asia Pacific region.
