Simon is a Senior Partner and leads Mercer’s Institutional Wealth business in the Pacific Market.

Simon also advises a small number of institutions on all aspects of their investment programs. His particular areas of expertise are asset-liability modelling and investment strategy development.  He is based in Sydney.

Since joining Mercer in 1992, Simon has provided investment advice to retirement schemes, sovereign wealth funds, university endowments, insurers and other institutional investors in Australia and Asia. 

Simon has also lived and worked in Asia, having spent several years in both Singapore and Hong Kong.

Simon is a Director of Mercer Investments (Australia) Limited.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
