Nicole leads Mercer Pacific’s strategic transformation agenda, driving initiatives to enhance business performance, strengthen organisational culture, improve operational efficiency and sharpen competitive positioning across the region. Nicole is a member of the Pacific Leadership Team, accountable for delivering change that supports Mercer’s long term growth and value for clients and colleagues.

Nicole has extensive experience in strategic transformation, consulting and operations across the financial services and professional services sectors. She is known for building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and for a pragmatic, outcomes focused approach to change. Her experience leading cross functional teams ensures transformation initiatives are aligned to client needs and commercial priorities, delivering sustained value across the Pacific.

In her previous role, Nicole was the Corporate Officer Leader for Mercer and Marsh Corporate in Australia. However, she has been with Mercer for more than 15 years, working across the globe to lead large scale initiatives in the UK, and Europe and served as Chief of Staff to Mercer’s global CEO in the US. Prior to Marsh, she worked in a variety of finance, HR, operations and strategic roles within the aviation, electricity, human resources, charity and financial services sectors.
