Gaye is a senior Human Resources professional with 20+ years’ experience across financial services, professional services and the public sector.  With broad experience across the full range of HR functions, managing large global teams, and running businesses, she has held senior Human Resources roles with KPMG, the ANZ Banking Group, the Department of Justice and Health Super. She has spent significant time in senior Remuneration roles which plays to her love of numbers.

Gaye holds a B. Ed and a Grad. Dip. Business (HRM), is a Graduate of the AICD and a Director of HR Central – an Australian HR technology start up.  She is the Chairman of the Mary Jane Lewis Scholarship Trust which was founded to address socio-economic and gender exclusion issues.  She is a passionate advocate of inclusion in the workplace and tapping into the power of a human centred workplace.
