Court Haas leads one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds by funds under management with over one million members. He is also a member of the Mercer Pacific Executive Committee.

A seasoned finance and business leader, Court brings deep expertise in transforming businesses through complex integrations, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale financial restructures. Court excels at driving disciplined growth, improving operational performance, and managing transformation programs with a sharp commercial focus. 

In his previous role, Court served as the Chief Financial Officer for Mercer Pacific, bringing extensive experience in company finance, and a wealth of knowledge of the broader Mercer business. Before joining Mercer, Court spent seven years providing financial consulting and CFO advisory services to numerous listed and unlisted companies, with a focus on large scale projects including business combinations, integrations and finance transformations.

Prior to this, Court spent eight years with ASX listed Vicinity Centres and its predecessor companies, where he held key positions such as Integration Director for the merger to form Vicinity Centres between Federation Centres and Novion Property Group, General Manager of Finance of Federation Centres, and Financial Controller of Centro Properties Group. Court began his career in the United States, working for seven years with EY in both Audit in Miami and Consulting in Melbourne, and was a Certified Public Accountant in the United States.
