As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mercer Pacific, Antony is responsible for operational excellence in the delivery of services across Superannuation Services, Transformation & Change and the Investments Operating Office. In this role, Antony also leverages the best of our global Marsh McLennan capabilities to deliver innovative solutions that lead to better outcomes for our clients and members.

Antony joined Mercer as COO – Investments, Pacific, with over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He brings extensive investment services and operations expertise, with a strong focus on business integration, operational excellence, and risk management in the funds management sector.

Before joining Mercer, Antony held the position of Head of Wealth Services at Australian Unity Wealth & Capital Markets, where he was responsible for overseeing back and middle office teams, as well as managing third-party supplier relationships. Antony successfully implemented operational changes, including system and process transitions, to support various business integrations and product development initiatives.

Antony also spent 5 years in the UK, helping to build the operational services for First State Investments (UK), with exposure across multiple global regions.
