Suzanne Adair is Chief Wealth Counsel for Marsh People and Investments in New Zealand. Based within Marsh’s wider legal team, she primarily advises on strategic initiatives and legal matters across investments, KiwiSaver, retirement savings schemes and general corporate law. She is also a member of the Marsh People and Investments New Zealand Executive team and Pacific Executive Leadership Group.

Suzanne brings deep expertise in financial services, investments and regulatory matters, helping Marsh and its clients navigate complex legal and commercial issues with confidence. She is known for providing practical, commercially focused advice that supports strategic decision-making across the business, drawing on experience across both the public and private sectors and in New Zealand and international markets.

Prior to working at Marsh, Suzanne worked as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Public Trust being responsible for advice to the Corporate Trustee Services business and the investments team.  She worked for eight years in London in the Financial Services and Funds team of a large law firm specialising in both retail and institutional investment funds, insurance and related financial services regulatory issues. Suzanne has also worked in taxation consulting at KPMG in New Zealand and Singapore.

Suzanne is based in Wellington, Te Whanganui-a-Tara.
