Nicky Burns is a Principal and Mercer New Zealand's Administration Operations Leader.

In her role, Nicky leads the service delivery to 30 corporate clients as well as Mercer's Master Trust and KiwiSaver products with combined membership of over 190,000. Nicky’s key focus is driving operational service excellence and ensuring our customers and clients are at the heart of everything we do.

Nicky has been part of the Mercer team for the last 20 years after initially joining the firm as a Fund Accountant, and has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
