As Chief Investment Officer, New Zealand, Del Hart leads the local Investment Management team, consisting of asset allocation strategists, portfolio managers and analysts.

Del brings 15 years of investment leadership from NZ Super Fund, where she managed a multi-billion-dollar global portfolio of external managers across both public and private markets. 

Recognised for her impactful leadership, Del was invited to join New Zealand’s Global Women in 2022. Passionate about community engagement and collaboration, Del also serves on the board of New Zealand’s Outward Bound. Del previously served on the board of the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA).

Del is based in Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau.
