Court Haas serves as the Acting Chief Financial Officer for Mercer Pacific, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial strategy and operations across the region. In this capacity, Court is committed to driving financial performance and ensuring the alignment of financial goals with Mercer’s strategic objectives. Court also sits on the Mercer Pacific Executive Committee.

With extensive experience in senior finance roles both within listed and unlisted companies, Court brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Mercer. Before joining Mercer, Court spent seven years providing financial consulting and CFO advisory services, to numerous businesses, with a focus on large scale projects including business combinations, integrations and finance transformations.

Prior to this, Court spent eight years with Vicinity Centres and its predecessor companies, where he held key positions such as General Manager of Finance, Financial Controller and Integration Director. Court began his career in the United States, working for seven years with EY in both Audit in Miami and Consulting in Melbourne, which has provided him with a solid foundation in financial management and advisory services.
