Alison is a passionate people manager who leads the New Zealand Mercer Marsh Benefits team. Our aim is to work side by side with our clients and find smarter ways to deliver more choice in employee benefits for New Zealanders.

Alison has worked in the medical and health industries for the last nine years providing employee benefits to corporate clients where she was previously the National Sales Manager with Southern Cross Health Society and Metlifecare.
