Welcome to the Hong Kong Health on Demand Forum 2025!

Mercer Marsh Benefits is excited to announce the MMB Health on Demand Forum, taking place on April 2, 2025. 

The program is dedicated to promoting effective & innovative health & well-being practices, spreading outstanding health management methodologies to more organizations and to help build more awareness and engagement in the importance of employee well-being. 

The forum will also announce the winners of Hong Kong’s first Healthiest Workplace Awards which are open to all employers operating within Hong Kong. The program is aimed to award employers who provide the healthiest working environment and employee wellness benefits/support for the purpose of improving the workforce’s overall health and wellbeing.

  • Mercer Marsh Benefits has the right to decline any registrations received from companies with a conflict of interest and other potential delegates that do not match the target audience.
  • Registrations for delegates with commercial roles of any kind will not be accepted.
  • With your registration, we will add your name and company to the participant list to be shared with other conference participants
  • Each conference participant that is part of a group booking must register individually in order for Mercer Marsh Benefits to properly collect their registration information. Participants must remember to add the discount code so that they can be grouped together by company and billed accordingly.

If, notwithstanding the other provisions, Mercer Marsh Benefits is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with the conference, Mercer Marsh Benefits' aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the conference participation fees that you paid to Mercer Marsh Benefits with respect to the conference to the extent permitted by law.
  • We reserve the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the format, timing, location, and content of the conference or use substitute speakers at any time without prior notice. Conference topics are subject to change as the agenda develops.

Introduction

The prize draw is run by Mercer Hong Kong Ltd. Eligible participants are individuals over 18 years of age, who have provided their name and contact details on 2 April 2025 at the Mercer Marsh Benefits Hong Kong Health on Demand Forum. Mercer Hong Kong Ltd employees are not eligible for the prize draw. By participating in the prize draw, you confirm that you are an eligible participant and agree to these terms and conditions. There is a limit of one entry per person and participation to the prize draw is free.

The prize

The winning prize is 1 (one) x general concession ticket to Coldplay concert on Friday 11 April 2025 at Kai Tak Stadium, Hong Kong. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

Winner announcement

The winner will be chosen at random on 2 April 2025 at the MMB Hong Kong Health on Demand Forum. The winner will be notified by email on 2 April 2025, from 4pm onwards. Mercer Hong Kong Ltd will make two attempts to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Mercer Hong Kong Ltd reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

Data protection and general

You agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the prize draw will be used by Mercer Hong Kong Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. Mercer Hong Kong Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, claims, liabilities or losses, as a result of participants participating in the prize draw. Mercer Hong Kong Ltd reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions.
