Ravin is a senior partner and the Global Leader for Mercer’s Transformation Services practice. He is a recognized global thought leader, futurist, and author on the future of work and workforce transformation. He has led multiple research efforts on the global workforce, the emerging digital economy, the rise of artificial intelligence and the transformation of work. Ravin has led numerous research projects for the World Economic Forum, including many of its groundbreaking studies on the transformation of work and the global workforce. He is a regular participant and presenter at the World Economic Forum’s annual meetings in Davos and Dalian/Tianjin and is a member of the Forum’s Steering Committee on Work and Employment.
Ravin was named to the Thinkers 50 Radar Class of 2020. He has also been recognized as one of the top 25 most influential consultants in the world by Consulting Magazine, one of the top eight future-of-work influencers by Tech News and one of the top 100 HR influencers by HR Executive. He is the author of the books Transformative HR (Wiley, 2012), Lead the Work: Navigating a World Beyond Employment (Wiley 2015), Reinventing Jobs: A 4-Step Approach to Applying Automation to Work (HBR Press, 2018) and the Wall Street Journal bestseller Work Without Jobs: How to Reboot Your Organization’s Work Operating System (MIT Press, 2022). Ravin has authored more than 200 articles, including 15 for the Harvard Business Review and the Sloan Management Review.

Chris Frawley is currently Global Head (MD) HR, Wealth & Retail Banking, partnering across the Personal Banking and SME Banking divisions in addition to playing a leading role in driving strategic workforce change through the Wealth & Retail Banking Transformation function. Throughout his 20-year career, Chris has worked at the intersection of business strategy and workforce transformation, primarily in the dynamic Banking and Professional Services contexts.
Now based in Singapore, prior to joining Standard Chartered, Chris spent a decade with Westpac in Sydney, holding senior HR roles supporting Consumer, Technology, Digital, Product, and Risk. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business from ACU in Sydney and an Executive MBA from the University of New South Wales.
DBS Bank
Rajeev is the Head of GenAI and Future of Work at DBS Bank, leading the bank’s strategic adoption of Gen AI across the organization. As part of this role, he focuses on building a robust infrastructure and developing reusable assets to accelerate the value of Gen AI initiatives, ensuring they deliver tangible business outcomes. Rajeev also champions a responsible approach to Gen AI scaling, fostering a culture of ethical use and bringing employees along on the transformation journey. Recognizing the transformative power of Gen AI, Rajeev leads the Future of Work team, fostering a dynamic and collaborative workplace that embraces emerging technologies.
His vision is to empower and elevate the workforce by embracing the future of work. Rajeev’s journey at DBS spans diverse leadership roles. He was instrumental in the successful integration of Citi Taiwan and previously led the Consumer Banking Strategic Business Planning team, overseeing the PMO for ANZ integration across five countries.
Before joining DBS in 2015, Rajeev gained extensive experience in management consulting with Accenture, including leading the SEA Wealth Management consulting practice.
Jingying is Head of Global Rewards in Suntory Beverage and Food, a leading global company in the beverage, health enrichment and food products sector. After more than 25 years in the industry, Jingying has gained strong specialist skills in designing rewards programs that drive cultural and commercial transformational journeys for organizations in Asia, Europe and the United States.
Prior to joining Suntory, Jingying undertook local, regional and global rewards program design at Shell, Nokia and BHP, which also involved project-managing the transformation of global HR functional operating models, conducting large-scale M&A negotiations and re-shaping significant business bottom-line and cultural shifts. These cross-disciplinary and multi-cultural experiences have made her into an agile and inclusive rewards leader.
Jingying holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial economics from Renmin University of China, and an MBA from Peking University.
As the Managing Director for Singapore and Indochina, Albert leads its business operations, directing sales, channel partners, and full-service implementation teams. His efforts in fostering strategic partnerships and alliances have been instrumental in the company's growth.
Albert holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is also a distinguished member of the Class of '25 Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA (TIEMBA) program.
His proactive and collaborative leadership style emphasises team empowerment, talent development, and diversity awareness, contributing to BIPO’s sustained success.
Andrew started his career in the hospitality industry over 30 years ago and recently celebrated his 32nd anniversary with Marriott International.
Early in his career, Andrew gained experience in hotel operational roles before moving into the human resources discipline. He has held several property and corporate HR generalist and COE roles in Asia-Pacific. Andrew is currently responsible for the HR function across the APEC region, covering 640+ hotels, 22 countries and over 100,000 associates. In 2016, Marriott acquired Starwood in the largest M&A transaction within the hotel industry, making Marriott the largest hotel company globally. In addition to his APEC HR responsibilities, Andrew played a lead role in change management and HR deployment in the pre-and post-acquisition phases.
Andrew’s passion lies in the critical role culture plays in creating and nurturing the employee experience and contributing to the success of the business. In 2023, he graduated from the Australian Graduate School of Management (University of NSW) with a master’s degree, specializing in change management.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Andrew has been based in Singapore since 2016.
Lara Partridge
Sebastian Ritz currently leads Gloat's business across Asia & Australia. He has spent the last 10 years working in the data & analytics, search & HR industries across North America, Europe & Asia. He has a deep passion for working with organizations to solve complex business challenges & guide teams along their digital transformation journey.
Sebastian currently lives in Taipei, Taiwan.
Susheel is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning global, regional, and local HR leadership across a diverse range of industries including banking, consulting, and science and technology. He joined Zurich in June 2022, where he brings a wealth of expertise in driving strategic people initiatives and fostering organizational growth.
Before joining Zurich, Susheel served as Managing Director and Global Head of Compensation & Benefits and HR Governance at Bank of Singapore, where he led major transformation and governance projects. His career also includes senior HR leadership roles at Standard Chartered, JPMorgan, Carrots Consulting, A*STAR, and DSTA. During his time with JPMorgan, he gained valuable international experience working in New York.
Susheel holds a bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, earned under a DSTA scholarship, and an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University.
Outside of work, Susheel is an active volunteer at his religious center and enjoys reading and exploring poetry.
Bob is an American executive who has lived in London for the past 13 years. With over 25 years of experience in the HR technology industry, he has held leadership roles across sales, partnerships, and operations at companies including Workday, IBM, SuccessFactors, and Kronos, as well as other leading HR software and consulting firms. He has also played a key role in the successful growth of two start-ups within the sector.
Bob joined Eightfold AI in 2024 to lead a strategic transformation of the partner ecosystem. He is deeply passionate about Eightfold’s mission in Talent Intelligence and its potential to help organizations create more agile, efficient, and inclusive workforces.

Godelieve van Dooren
Based in Singapore, where she has lived for the past 18 years, Godelieve spearheads the growth and expansion of Marsh McLennan in Southeast Asia — covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Her expertise in designing and delivering impactful people and risk solutions empowers Marsh McLennan’s clients in their business, risk and workforce transformation as they navigate the realities of a constantly changing environment. Prior to this role, Godelieve was the CEO of Mercer’s Southeast Asia Growth markets, helping companies navigate the health, wealth and career needs of the fast-evolving workforce in this dynamic region.
Throughout her career, she has played a critical role in designing innovative talent solutions, working closely with leading clients across the high-tech, life sciences, FMCG, chemical, retail and hospitality industries. She is a keen advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion, with a relentless focus on creating a sustainable and enabling working environment across the firm. Godelieve holds a Master of Arts in law from the University of Utrecht, Netherlands.
Gordon is Mercer’s Global Rewards Solution Leader and has over 30 years of consulting experience, advising clients on how to strengthen the relationship between business strategy and people programs. He has extensive experience advising Boards of Directors and senior management on the design of market competitive total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent, align decision-making with organizational objectives and are consistent with sound governance practices.
Gordon has deep knowledge of the strategy, design, and financial impact of rewards programs, including equity-based incentive plans and sales incentive plans. He has also led broader projects related to talent strategy with a specific focus on the needs of a globally mobile workforce. In his current role, Gordon is responsible for ensuring that Mercer’s rewards solutions are best-in-class, allowing local consulting teams to deliver leading advice to clients and build total rewards programs that are future-focused in a rapidly changing and globally competitive marketplace.
Gordon first joined Mercer in 2000 and has been a member of both the Mercer Canada leadership team and the Global Career Practice leadership team. His consulting experience covers a broad range of industries with clients ranging from pre-IPO start-ups to global Fortune 100 companies. He also spent over 2 years as the Vice President of Global Compensation for a multi-national organization before re-joining Mercer in 2013.
Lewis is Partner and Practice Leader for Mercer’s Career business in Asia.
In his commercial work, he leads a team of economist, social scientists, engineers and consultants to help clients and customers implement data-driven reward, talent, leadership and employee experience programs to improve organizational performance.
Lewis is a valued contributor to publications such as the Harvard Business Review and speaker in the areas of people science, HR data, employee engagement and leadership.
Paul is a partner with Mercer’s Transformation practice and the Global Skills Solution Lead. Before joining Mercer, he worked at IBM as a consultant, supporting the business’s transformation to focus on cloud solutions and AI. He is a recognized thought leader in workforce transformation and building skills-powered organizations.
He received his Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) certification from the Human Capital Institute and has developed several new methods and technologies, including dynamic resource management, future skills planning and SWP tools in Workday Adaptive Insights and IBM Planning Analytics.
Paul has more than 25 years of experience in human capital consulting across many industry sectors, including financial services, life sciences, aerospace/defense, energy, FMCG and high tech. He has led planning and enterprise-wide workforce transformation projects that have realized £100 million+ in value to clients, resulting in the implementation of major reskilling and upskilling strategies.
Andrew is Regional Lead, Assessment, at Mercer, where he focuses on client relationships and assessment solutions across talent strategy and careers for the Asia region. He is based in Singapore. Andrew brings more than 30 years of consulting experience, working across various sectors, from public to private. He has worked on projects across Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Japan, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Singapore.
Andrew’s consulting experience includes government, technology, financial services, airlines, FMCG, manufacturing and nonprofit sectors. He has worked with senior regional business leaders, local family conglomerates, and growth-oriented small and midsize enterprises in Singapore and the region. He has led projects in organizational and cultural change, assessment of senior roles and high-potential talent management, leadership development program design, top team intervention, and transformation for government and large family-owned businesses.
Before joining Mercer, Andrew was the Managing Director of Kincentric (Spencer Stuart’s consulting brand) and the Vice Chairman and Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry. Andrew received his master’s degree in industrial relations and personnel management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts (with honors) in sociology and psychology from the University of Malaya
Lionel is a senior principal in Mercer’s Client Solutions practice, where he oversees the most complex cross-disciplinary projects and puts clients at the core of what we do. He is also responsible for developing innovative solutions for early adopter clients and the development of Rewards consultants in Singapore and the emerging markets. With 19 years of experience in HR consulting, Lionel has deep expertise in long-term incentive design, executive compensation, competencies, training roadmaps, performance management, job evaluation, career architecture, rewards philosophy, compensation and benefits, sales incentives, bonus plans, and M&A integration. His client work has taken him across Asia, Europe and the US.
Before joining Mercer, Lionel led the Rewards Practice at Willis Towers Watson in Singapore, where he managed the Rewards team and provided oversight of the Remuneration Survey team.
Kabir currently serves as the Strategic Initiatives Leader for Mercer in Asia and Chief of Staff to Mercer President Asia. His primary focus is on enhancing the efficiency of time, information and decision-making processes within Mercer's fastest-growing and most diverse region, Asia. With a diverse range of roles under his belt, Kabir has been a constant force at Mercer for the last nine years. Before taking on his current pivotal role, Kabir spent seven years as the Skills Transformation Leader in Mercer Singapore's Career Practice.
Throughout his 13-year career in Human Resources Consulting, Kabir has consistently tackled complex people problems at the intersection of talent and reward. From Singapore and Malaysia to Vietnam, the Middle East and Shanghai, he has successfully led and solved challenges in workforce transformation, strategic workforce planning and talent management.
He holds a BA degree in Economics from St. Stephens College, as well as an MBA degree from the London Business School and The University of Hong Kong.
Ravi is a partner at Mercer, where he plays a pivotal role as a senior leader overseeing Mercer’s regional industries and solutions, including client forums across Asia. He and his team serve as trusted advisors in talent and rewards, collaborating with leading global and regional clients to deliver innovative strategies and insights.
Ravi brings 20+ years of consulting and in-house HR experience, having collaborated with a wide range of organizations across various industries. His expertise spans the spectrum from large multinational corporations to emerging pre-IPO businesses, with a focus on APAC, the Middle East, Africa and North America. Ravi possesses extensive experience across multiple industries, specializing in project management, organizational and people transformation, M&A, total rewards, talent management, skills frameworks, career architecture, and job evaluations. He has a proven track record in designing both global and local people strategies tailored to developed and emerging economies.
Throughout his career, Ravi has had the privilege of working in diverse locations, including India, Singapore, South Africa and the US. Before joining Mercer, Ravi gained valuable experience at Aon and Tech Mahindra, where he refined his expertise in human resources and business strategy through a variety of roles and responsibilities. Ravi serves as a frequent speaker and panelist on people strategies, with numerous insights shared and published in the public domain.
She manages an extensive portfolio of clients and is focused on helping companies evolve and balance differing priorities in the health and benefits space through flexibility, mental health and preventive care.
Prior to her current role, she was the Regional Global Mobility Leader, APAC at Mercer where she supported companies that operate in different markets in creating programs to attract and retain global talent. Julia thrives when she is out of her comfort zone with her career spanning across a number of countries including Singapore, Australia and Kazakhstan.
Justin is a senior principal at Mercer. He is the Business Leader of East China Career Product and also leads China Chemical Industry. He is based in Shanghai. Clients he has served include AkzoNobel, Bayer, BASF, DOW Chemical, Shanghai Secco, FREP, SinoChem, Wanhua, Yingde Gas, Lianhe Tech, Dun’An Group, JSTI, COSTCO, Mubea, MG Xiaoxiang, Yu MOMO, Dian Diagnostics, Jointown Group, Hanwha Q CELLS, SPC, Huayi, Syngenta, SP Chemical, Nippon, LONGi, iFLYTEK, Hthium (energy storage) and Haier, among others. Justin has been with Mercer for 13 years.
Before joining Mercer, he spent approximately five years at two state-owned enterprises in the telecommunications and energy industries. Justin graduated with a degree in human resource management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and earned his master’s degree from the Fudan University EMBA program.
Jacob Tan
Yasuhiro is a principal and a team leader for Japan Client Services at Mercer. He manages projects for major global and Japanese multinational clients in a wide range of fields. His areas of expertise include developing organizational and human resource management strategies; workforce planning; designing, implementing and maintaining human resource programs; business turnarounds; strengthening human resource functions; and planning and executing various training programs.
Before joining Mercer, he gained experience in frontline businesses and corporate HR in the transportation industry in Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in social sciences from Hitotsubashi University and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, in the US.
Hiroo Yamanouchi is a partner and head of career consulting group at Mercer Japan. He engages in a wide range of consulting projects for major global and Japanese multinational clients in the areas of human capital strategy, organization design, workforce strategy planning, global HRM design, leadership development, HR due diligence and PMI support for M&A occasions.
Before joining Mercer, he worked at Industrial Bank of Japan (currently Mizuho Bank), Bain & Company, and a Japanese major service company as Executive Director and head of corporate planning. He has plenty of business experience in growth markets including Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea and ASEAN countries as CFO of its regional business HQ based in Hong Kong.
Hiroo holds a BA in Economics from University of Tokyo.
In his current role as Mercer Marsh Benefits Leader for Asia, Steven spearheads Mercer Marsh Benefits' employee health and benefits business, including global benefits management, broking, consulting and digital solutions across all countries and regions in Asia, overseeing the design and implementation of strategies and solutions to meet the evolving needs of multinational companies and their workforces.
With over 25 years of experience in employee benefits, actuarial and HR consulting, Steven delivers innovative and effective solutions for multinational companies across the Asia Pacific and the US, encompassing insurance and benefits design, communication and health management, total rewards and wellness, ESG/DEI implementation, retirement planning, risk management, pension and health plan modelling and valuations as well as benefits digitalization.
A fellow of the Society of Actuaries (2003) and the China Actuarial Society (2008), Steven also actively shares his knowledge and experience through speaking engagements and publications.
Helmi Yusoff is a Principal Consultant at Mercer. With over 14 years of expertise in the field, Helmi has established himself as the lead for Mercer’s South East Asia Rewards Practice. Throughout his career, he has successfully directed and managed numerous HR consulting projects, specializing in areas such as broad-based rewards, sales incentive plan design, performance management design, and skills framework design.
Helmi's extensive client portfolio spans across various industries, including consumer goods, life sciences, public sector, air transport, media, logistics and sovereign wealth funds. His skills and knowledge have allowed him to work with clients from different sectors, providing them with valuable insights and strategic solutions.
One of the remarkable aspects of Helmi's career is his international exposure. He has had the opportunity to work with clients in multiple countries across Asia, including Brunei. This global experience has further enriched his understanding of diverse business environments and cultural nuances, enabling him to deliver tailored and effective consulting services.
Currently, Helmi is based in Singapore, and delivers regional/international projects out for conglomerates headquartered out of Singapore. Helmi also supports Mercer rewards consulting teams across South East Asia and provide strategic guidance to enable them to deliver complex consulting engagements.
Haze is Mercer’s Greater China & SEA M&A Advisory Services Leader. She specializes in undertaking operational and HR diligence and leading post deal integration engagements for private equity and corporate clients. Haze is also proficient in identifying and quantifying synergy benefits and related implementation costs.
Prior to joining Mercer, Haze gained over fourteen years of experience working for PwC, Pfizer Pharmaceutical, L’Oreal Asia Pacific and Coca-Cola across Hong Kong and mainland China, with extensive exposure in organizational restructuring, strategic workforce planning, talent assessment and project management.
