"Healthcare, like the payment industry is an industry of trust. It's about people's health. It's about people's wellbeing. And, from the payments industry, perspective, it's about people's financial health and their livelihood. Every transaction in this industry is about safety, is about simple transactions, and about private transactions. And so that's a great responsibility that we all carry." -
Financial inclusion
"If you bring financial inclusion in a meaningful way, and we have brought over 500 million people into the financial electronic ecosystem over the past decade. If you're able to do that, you will not only improve the economies in which those people will operate, but you will also improve access to healthcare, to education, and to other basic services." -
Affordability
"Affordability is a significant factor. I believe that a lot of the costs involved in healthcare is not so much about the healthcare itself, but it's about an entire logistical process behind it that has lots of opportunity to optimization and to bring in this efficiency in. Affordability can be addressed if the entire supply chain is dealt with more efficiently."
