Integrity is the backbone of Rosario’s personal and professional philosophy. Started as Telephone Operator and progressed her career to CEO and Managing Director in the same company, to manage (1) the commercial business in the field of Laboratory Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC Industry) for international trade for various industry sectors such as Oil, Gas & Chemical, Mining, Consumer Testing, Industrial, Environmental, Certification and Government Services; and (2) ) as the CEO and MD for the Global Back Office Shared Services IT/BPM BPO for the Group serving 150 countries. Currently Rosario serves as the Managing Director of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), in collaboration with CCAP Board of Trustees and in support of the IT Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), she is responsible to lead in the business development and execution of the contribution of CCAP to the 2028 Roadmap particularly to grow the Philippines’s economy through the IT-BPM or Off-shoring and Outsourcing Industry reaching US$59bio revenue and supported by an additional 1.1 mio job creation for the Nation to reach 2.5mio strong workforce by 2028. By way of giving back, she is a volunteer serving as Board of Director for the Filipina CEO Circle (FCC) that mentors the young women generation to tap their full potentials as future business leaders; as Corporate Secretary and Board of Director of the Philippine-Swiss Business Council to promote bilateral trade relations, as Board of Advisor for the Wallace Business Forum whose aim is to assist CEO’s to be successful in doing business in the Philippines; and as Executive Producer and Anchor of “Talk Shop Asia Global – USA Edition” to promote the micro, small and medium enterprises.
Rosario has been blessed throughout her career but most of all she is a proud mother of a transgender (proud mother of LGTBQ), and her greatest passion now is the ability to give back by pursuing her advocacies of promoting Philippines as the preferred investor’s choice destination, coaching the future leaders, lifting other women, embracing inclusivity of all spectrums of genders, sharing personal journey of conquering depression, of life after CEO and of a mother’s love for her transgender child. Brian Hood is the Human Resources Country Head for the Philippines with primary responsibility for the Corporate Centers in the country and local oversight of other entities including Chase Travel and Manila Branch and Securities.
With over 18,000 staff in the Philippines across Manila and Cebu, the Corporate Centers provide Operations and Corporate Functions support across all the JPMC lines of business. In addition to supporting the location businesses, the HR function in the Philippines provides services to JPMorgan employees across the globe through Employee Digital & Service Excellence, Employee Relations, Learning, HR Advisory and Talent Acquisition.
Prior to joining JPMC, Brian was connected with Citi, based out of Singapore. He specialized in Talent Management and Organizational Development supporting the Operations and Technology function in APAC. Prior to this position he held a regional HRBP role in Asia and Headed Campus Recruitment & Development in EMEA.
Brian is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Sheffield Business School and completed his undergraduate degree in Business at Glasgow Caledonian University.

Rohan looks after MMB’s business in the Philippines, based in Manila. Prior to that, he was based in Singapore where he headed MMB’s sales operations in 13 countries across Asia. He specialises in consulting with and advising organisations on their broader health and wellbeing strategy, focusing not only on traditional insurance plans but also on workplace health, alternative benefit strategies and wellbeing solutions.

He has 15 years of experience in Employee Benefits across Asia Pacific and Europe, including International Healthcare, Multinational Pooling, Flexible Benefits, Cross-border benefits and Health & Wellbeing strategy.
Having spent the last ten years based in Hong Kong, Singapore and more recently Manila, Rohan has travelled extensively across the region and has developed an intricate awareness of local business cultures and understanding of market practices and requirements. Joan Collar leads Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB), the Employee Health & Benefits business for Asia and the Pacific. She is based in Singapore and manages the employee benefits business spanning 13 countries where she leads the strategy and growth across the two regions.
Joan started her career in employee benefits over 27 years ago, with the last 16 years in MMB in various roles. Joan has authored numerous publications and is an accomplished speaker delivering MMB’s thought leadership on key issues such as healthcare, choice benefits, insurance risk management, and mental health.

Flor is a Principal and Business Leader of Mercer Philippines. As Business Leader, Flor is responsible for driving business initiatives and overall operation of Career Rewards line of business in the Philippines. She has consulted for firms across various industries and works with different organizations in the Philippines and global market to help solve complex challenges in the areas of HR operations set-up, compensation and benefits design, performance management, competencies framework development, job analysis and job evaluation. Sean partners with organizations in the areas of talent strategy and assessments, skills and competency framework development, employee listening surveys, and workforce strategies for the future of work.
Sean has more than 15 years of experience in business management, product development and human resource consulting. A regular speaker on business and HR forums, Sean also serves as Independent Director of a Rural Bank in the Philippines.
Previously based out of Singapore, Sean has consulted with local and regional firms across Asia Pacific markets in key industries such as banking, insurance, pharmaceutical and life sciences, retail, electronics manufacturing and oil & gas. Marieke leads the Centre of Excellence team that covers IMEA, Asia, Pacific and Latin America. Her team supports consultants across these countries in designing and delivering employee listening solutions, lending their expertise to drive project success.
Marieke has 25 years’ experience in the employee listening space, working closely with many prestigious companies across industry and geography, with a focus on organizational culture and climate and employee engagement.
Marieke started her career in London, and subsequently lived and worked in Hong Kong (10 years) and is now based in Singapore (5 years and counting). Her international background and experience helps her in her role of understanding culture and working with large, complex multinationals.
Marieke focus area is designing and delivering employee listening solutions that support client objectives to drive business performance. - All conference participation fees are payable either by invoice or credit card online in US Dollars (USD) or the Philippine Peso (PHP).
- If payment by invoice, the invoice will be sent to your given address once you have submitted your confirmation via the registration site. Payment must be made by the date detailed on the invoice.
