Medical Allowance 

37% of the surveyed firms provide medical allowances to support employees in addressing the burden of rising medical costs.

Green Car Policy 

Snapshot insight from our survey: 43% of the companies have a green car policy, while 16% are currently looking into this matter.

Transportation Allowance 

Snapshot insight from our survey: 55% of the companies provide support towards public transport, while 7% are currently looking into this matter.

Wellbeing

Companies in Switzerland spend a median of 500 CHF per year per employee on wellbeing. However, almost 50% currently do not have a wellbeing strategy in place.
