With over twenty years of experience in People and Risk consulting across France, the UK, and Switzerland, Isabelle brings a strategic mindset and a nuanced understanding of multinational client needs. Her previous leadership roles, including European Lead of Mercer’s Multinational Client Segment and head of Wealth and MCS businesses in France, have honed her ability to deliver impactful results while fostering trust and reliability.
