The primary objective of the MBM Survey is to provide organizations with a comprehensive understanding of the benefits landscape in Singapore. The survey will cover various aspects of employee benefits, including both the insured benefits and non-insured benefits. These include benefits such as flexible benefits, leaves, health & wellness and employee rewards & recognition. In addition to common benefits offerings, the survey also includes questions around progressive benefits that are emerging in Singapore.
