As President — Asia, India, Middle East & Africa (AIMEA), I lead Mercer’s business across 15+ markets in a fast-growing, dynamic region. My work is deeply influenced by my extensive global experience in diverse and multicultural environments, having worked in cities from Sydney and Singapore to London, Hong Kong and New York. In these regional business units, I’ve had the privilege to lead by developing and executing business strategies, making a difference for our colleagues, clients and communities.

I believe in leaving a lasting impact on the communities where we live and work. Mercer does this by supporting our colleagues, clients and our social impact efforts. I’m also an active member of the business community in Dubai, the MEA Business Group, the Atlantic Council, Dubai Business Women Council and Boardroom by EMIR.

As an active advocate of women’s empowerment in the workplace, I mentor entrepreneurs in developing nations as part of the Cherie Blaire Foundation’s Mentoring Women in Business Program. I’m also a mentor with StreetWise, a nonprofit that empowers unemployed individuals with skills and resources. A firm believer in girls’ education to drive equality, I also pioneered the Powering Asian, African & Arab Girls’ Education 150 program (P.A.G.E 150), a regional initiative supporting nonprofits that empower girls through education to promote equality.
