I am a senior partner and Mercer’s Chief People Officer, responsible for building a diverse workforce and inclusive environment where Mercer’s 25,000 colleagues across the globe are empowered to thrive in their professional and personal development.
I have held several senior leadership positions during my 20 years at Mercer, including CEO, Mercer Germany; Leader, Central and Eastern Europe; CFO, Mercer EMEA; and Chief Operating Officer, EMEA Retirement business.
I started my professional career in 1994 as an auditor for KPMG in Munich. I also worked as a CFO at a start-up company, providing internet technology solutions for private insurance products. Before joining Mercer, I was the sales director for a Frankfurt-based venture capital firm.
At its core, Mercer is a people business. Our ability to innovate, grow and make the most of opportunities — it all depends on our people.
