The team is the only in-house communications practice of its kind in AMEA. Dana has extensive experience across the region in developing audience-focused, holistic communication plans aligned to client needs.

Melisse has overall 16 years professional experience with a focus on change management, internal communications, project governance, employee and stakeholder engagement, and business support within the financial services industry. Her past careers include experiences in the Project Management Office (PMO) function, strategic project planning for change initiatives across APAC and program governance on the M&A program for the divestment of the retail business in multiple Asian markets.
