David devises strategies and advises clients in retail on a variety of topics including total rewards strategy and organization design for developing a compelling employee experience. Aside from workforce rewards, his experience includes business restructuring and transformation for global organizations, benefits effectiveness assessment, and organization process optimization, to name some areas. Prior to joining Mercer, David served in various corporate roles including Director of Global Rewards and Mobility for a multi-national omni-channel retail company and was the Rewards and Mobility Leader for a global food ingredient manufacturer.
