Employee health and well-being influences productivity, safety, business continuity, employer brand, organizational performance and benefit costs. The more supported the workforce, the more likely they are to report being healthier, highly productive, and loyal to their organization.^[1]

There is a research-informed and validated tool to help all employers assess their progress to driving effective workplace well-being globally.

This is a tool that organizations of all sizes and industry sectors can use to evaluate what they are doing at a country-level to promote workplace well-being. 

This free, online assessment tool was developed with an eye to evidence-based health and well-being best practices as compiled by leaders in the field. It can be used to assess a company’s current strategy, identify opportunities and set goals for improvement. This allows companies to measure progress over time to improve organizational health and well-being outcomes. 

 The International HERO Scorecard can be used in all countries and is currently available in eleven languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Mandarin , Portuguese (European and Latin American), Spanish (European and Latin American), Turkish. New languages are under development.
