This year’s Global Talent Trends study gathered input from over 400 senior executives from 20 industries and 37 countries around the world. Mercer examined the different perspectives between male and female executives with regard to drivers of business performance, the use of big data and analytics for decision-making, building a sustainable female talent pool and more.
